2. Subscription Billing & Auto-Renewal
- Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of the billing period unless canceled.
- Users can manage their subscription settings within the app or Play Store settings.
3. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Refund Eligibility
- One-time payments and digital content purchases are non-refundable once accessed.
- Subscription fees are non-refundable after the billing period has started.
How to Request a Refund?
- For billing errors or accidental charges, contact our support team within 7 days of payment.
- Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 5-7 business days.
4. Failed or Unauthorized Transactions
- If a transaction fails but funds are deducted, check with your bank before contacting support.
- Unauthorized payments should be reported immediately to prevent further charges.
